RETURNS POLICY
As our products are of a personal care nature we do not accept returns or exchanges of unopened, opened, and/or used products. We also do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind.

If you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty items please provide details (including photos) within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our customer service team at hello@zylkandco.com and include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly. We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly.

Please note: items must be returned in their original condition; no refund can be made for products that have been used. zylk&co. does not take responsibility for the costs of returning the products.
